Initial Psychiatric Evaluation – $250

A comprehensive 60-minute intake appointment that explores your medical, psychiatric, emotional, and lifestyle history. This visit is the foundation for building your individualized treatment plan.

Follow-Up Sessions – $150

A 30-minute visit to assess progress, adjust medication if applicable, and provide holistic support. These sessions may include therapeutic conversation, lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance, and mind-body strategies tailored to your needs.

Diagnoses We Treat

At Peaceful Pond Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, evidence-informed care for a range of mental health concerns, with a holistic and integrative focus. Common conditions we support include:

  • Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety)

  • Depression and Mood Disorders

  • Postpartum and Maternal Mental Health

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Adjustment Disorders and Life Transitions

  • OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

  • ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) – non-stimulant treatment only

  • PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)

  • Sleep Disorders related to mental health

  • Emotional Dysregulation and Stress

Practice Policies

Insurance

We currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Quest Behavioral Health

For all other plans, we are considered an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale

We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. Please complete our sliding scale application form if affordability is a concern.

Controlled Substances

We do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants or benzodiazepines. If clinically necessary, we refer to trusted primary care providers or specialists.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a $75 fee.

Communication

Routine messages via our client portal, phone or email will be responded to within 1–2 business days. For urgent mental health concerns, please contact 911 or your nearest crisis line.

Emergency & Crisis Care

We do not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
