During your initial virtual session, you’ll meet with Kimberly Abuajah, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. This is a safe, supportive space to share your story, challenges, and goals.
3. Curate a Personalized Treatment Plan
Together, you’ll explore your mental health history, lifestyle, and emotional needs to create a plan that works for you. This may include supportive therapy, holistic tools, and medication options tailored to your unique situation.
4. Medication Management
If medication is part of your care, we’ll take a thoughtful, minimalistic approach—focusing on effectiveness, comfort, and your long-term well-being. Controlled substances are not prescribed.
5. Continue Support & Grow
With regular follow-ups, we’ll track progress, make adjustments as needed, and continue working toward lasting wellness—one step at a time.
