At Peaceful Pond Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, holistic psychiatric care designed to support your healing at a pace that honors your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or burnout, our services blend clinical insight with lifestyle-focused care to help you restore balance — mind, body, and spirit.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations (up to 60 mins)
$250
A deep-dive into your mental health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors to create a personalized care plan. This may include reviewing or recommending basic lab work — such as vitamin D levels, thyroid function (TSH), and other baseline labs — to better understand your overall wellness and rule out any physical contributors to your symptoms. If you’ve had recent labs from your primary care provider, we may request those as part of your evaluation.
Follow-Up Medication Management (up to 30 mins)
$150
These appointments allow us to check in on your mental health progress, make any needed medication adjustments, and discuss current challenges you may be facing. We’ll revisit your goals, explore what’s working or not, and offer support that’s both therapeutic and practical.
Follow-ups are also a space for deeper conversation — whether that’s processing emotions, building coping strategies, or integrating lifestyle changes. For new clients beginning treatment, these visits help further establish care and ensure we’re moving at a pace that feels supportive and intentional.
A valid card must be kept on file. Services may be billed through Headway or paid out-of-pocket. Sliding scale options may be available upon request.
The type of visit (follow-up vs. brief check-in) will be recommended by the provider based on your needs and the nature of your care at the time. You’ll never be rushed into a shorter session if you need more support.
Brief Check-Ins (15 minutes or less)
$100
Designed for quick updates, stable medication refills, or when no major changes are needed. These sessions are shorter and more focused — ideal for maintenance care when things are going well.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $75 fee, automatically charged to the card on file.
Termination of Care
Our practice is committed to your growth and safety. However, we may discontinue services if:
There are repeated missed or unpaid appointments
You are non-compliant with treatment recommendations
There is a need for a higher level of care beyond our scope
Unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs
Should termination occur, we will provide referrals to other providers who can better meet your needs.
